Terms of Service
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the conditions and manner of ordering products, product prices, payment terms and methods, product warranty conditions, the Buyer's right to submit written complaints regarding the Seller's products and services, the right to terminate the contract, delivery of products and other services offered by the Seller, personal and other data protection, and other matters important for concluding a purchase agreement via the online store.
These terms of business are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Obligations Act, and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on the Seller’s website and will come into force at the moment of their publication. Any changes to the Terms will apply to purchases made after such changes have been published.
The Buyer is required to check the applicable Terms prior to each purchase. Prior to purchasing, the buyer declares in the application that they have read these General Terms and accepts them, while upon order confirmation, these terms will be delivered to the Buyer as content or an attachment to the email confirming that the contract has been concluded. These Terms are accessible at all times to service users in a way that allows them to save, reuse, and reproduce them.
These Terms and Conditions are considered an integral part of every Purchase Agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer via the online store.

Buyer Eligibility & Legal Capacity
A buyer of products is any natural person who purchases products through the online store in the manner regulated by these General Terms and Conditions—i.e., who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, pays by credit/debit card or e-banking, and submits the order to the Seller.
A Buyer can only be an adult with full legal capacity. Contracts on behalf of and for the account of minors and persons entirely lacking legal capacity may be concluded by their legal representatives or guardians. Persons with partial legal capacity may conclude a contract only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The Seller bears no responsibility for actions contrary to this provision.
Age Restrictions
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited. Every buyer is required to present a document proving their legal age upon request by the delivery person.
Placing Orders
Goods are ordered using an electronic form. The webshop is always open for placing orders with no set opening hours for order submission. Orders are processed on business days from 10:00 to 16:00. The Buyer must fill in the 'Basic Details Profile' for billing and delivery of the requested products and will be notified of the completed order via email.
To purchase a product, click "Add to Cart". In the cart, you can adjust quantities or cancel the purchase. Once you have chosen your items, click the cart and select "Checkout". On the checkout page, fill in your information, choose a delivery method, select a payment method, and click "Place Order". Notification of a successful purchase will be sent to your email address.
Saints Hills d.o.o. undertakes to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery. If Saints Hills d.o.o. is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the buyer by phone or email. All other ordered products will be delivered.
Prices
Prices listed on the website are retail prices, including VAT (PDV) and a €0.07 returnable container deposit fee.
