1. Calculation of the deadline for unilateral contract termination
The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, without giving a reason. In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of this Contract, you must notify us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiration of the deadline by an unequivocal statement (Statement Form) sent by mail to Saints Hills d.o.o., Tkalčićeva ulica 85, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, or by email to: webshop@saintshills.com, stating your first and last name, address, phone number, and email address.
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract are delivered into the possession of you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier.
2. Refund of the amount paid
If you unilaterally terminate this Contract, we will refund the money received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract, but not before the goods are returned.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the payment. In the event that you agree to another method of refunding the paid amount, you will not bear any costs in relation to the refund.
3. Return of goods
In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods and is obliged to return the goods to Saints Hills d.o.o. undamaged, without undue delay, via a postal service provider, together with the invoice, and at the latest within 14 days from the day they sent the decision on unilateral contract termination to the trader. The consumer is considered to have fulfilled their obligation on time if they sent the goods to the trader before the expiration of the above-mentioned deadline. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods, other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. Saints Hills d.o.o. is obliged, without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer's notice of unilateral contract termination, to return what the consumer paid, but not before the goods are returned. In the event that the value of the goods has been reduced due to consumer handling, Saints Hills d.o.o. has the right to a proportional reduction of the amount returned to the consumer. In the event that the goods returned by the consumer are damaged and not fit for further sale, Saints Hills d.o.o. is not obliged to accept the return of the goods.
4. Costs of returning goods
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning goods via postal service providers or delivery services according to their price list.
5. Replacement of damaged goods
If damage occurs during the transport of goods, Saints Hills d.o.o. will replace the damaged items at its own expense or refund the paid amount no later than 14 days from the date of receiving information about the damaged items. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the payment. In the event that you agree to another method of refunding the paid amount, you will not bear any costs in relation to the refund.
6. Replacement of incorrectly delivered goods or goods with material defects
If incorrect or defective items are delivered, Saints Hills d.o.o. will replace the items at its own expense or refund the paid amount no later than 14 days from the date of receiving information about the incorrect or defective items. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the payment. In the event that you agree to another method of refunding the paid amount, you will not bear any costs in relation to the refund.
