Dingač is our Plavac Mali from Croatia’s premier wine-growing region - our pride and joy, Sv. Lucia Dingač. This vineyard boasts everything this variety thrives on: abundant sunshine, quartz-rich limestone soil, mineral-rich earth, and favorable winds. The Plavac grown here displays distinctive, pronounced aromas of prune and sour cherry, alongside secondary notes of tobacco and dark chocolate.

Exceptionally rich and aromatic, it remains smooth and approachable on the palate. It is aged for 24 months in new French oak barriques and spends another three years in the cellar before its release.

It pairs beautifully with meat dishes, dark chocolate desserts, and aged cheeses, though it is perhaps best enjoyed on its own alongside a fine cigar.
