Saints Hills d.o.o. is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers by collecting only essential, basic data necessary to fulfill our obligations. We inform customers about how their data is used and regularly provide them with choices regarding the use of their information, including the option to have their name removed from marketing campaign lists. All user data is strictly secured and accessible only to employees who require it to perform their duties.   • Data processing consent: Consent for the Seller to process the provided personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act for internal records and statistics, customer database management, product and service updates, delivery notifications, promotional materials, and the enhancement of customer relations and services. The Seller may share this data with third parties to execute services, protect the interests of the user and the Seller, and prevent misuse;

Right to Deletion / Unsubscribe

In the event that a user/customer no longer wishes for the Seller to process their data in any way and requests its complete deletion, they are required to inform the Merchant by sending an email to: webshop@saintshills.com.
