1. Calculation of the deadline for unilateral termination of contract

The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, without stating reasons. In order to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must inform us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the deadline, by an unequivocal statement (Form of statement) sent by mail to the address Saints Hills d.o.o., Tkalčićeva ulica 85, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia or by email to: webshop@saintshills.com, in which you will state your first and last name, address, phone number, email address.

The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to you or to a third person designated by you, who is not the carrier.

2. Refund of the paid amount

If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract, but not before the goods are returned.

The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment. In case you agree to another method of refunding the paid amount, you will not incur any costs related to the refund.

3. Return of goods

In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, and is obliged to return the goods to Saints Hills d.o.o. undamaged, without undue delay, through a postal service provider, along with the invoice, and no later than 14 days from the day he sent the decision on unilateral termination of the contract to the merchant. It is considered that the consumer has fulfilled his obligation in time if he sent the goods to the merchant before the expiration of the aforementioned deadline. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that is the result of handling the goods, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. Saints Hills d.o.o. is obliged to return what the consumer paid without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the consumer's notice of unilateral termination of the contract, but not before the goods are returned. In the event that the value of the goods returned by the consumer has been reduced due to handling, Saints Hills d.o.o. has the right to a proportional reduction of the amount it returns to the consumer. In the event that the goods returned by the consumer are damaged and not suitable for further sale, Saints Hills d.o.o. is not obliged to accept the return of the goods.

4. Costs of returning goods

The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods through a postal service provider or delivery service according to their price list.

5. Replacement of damaged goods

If damage occurs during the transport of goods, Saints Hills d.o.o. will replace the damaged items at its own expense or refund the paid amount no later than 14 days from the day of receiving information about the damage to the items. The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment. In case you agree to another method of refunding the paid amount, you will not incur any costs related to the refund.

6. Replacement of incorrectly delivered goods or goods with material defects

If incorrect items or items with defects are delivered, Saints Hills d.o.o. will replace the items at its own expense or refund the paid amount no later than 14 days from the day of receiving information about incorrect items or items with defects. The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment. In case you agree to another method of refunding the paid amount, you will not incur any costs related to the refund.
