Crafted by Saints Hills in the vineyards of Radovani, Istria, Blanc de Blancs is an exceptional zero-dosage sparkling wine produced from 100% Chardonnay grown on red limestone soil from 18-year-old vines. Made using the traditional méthode champenoise and aged on its yeast for three full years without any added sugar (liqueur d'expédition), this sparkling wine offers an unadulterated expression of Istrian terroir, elegance, and precision.

Pouring a clear, light golden yellow, it invites you in with an aromatic bouquet of crisp lemon zest, lime, green apple, pear, and white acacia flowers, underpinned by subtle chalky notes and toasted almonds. On the palate, this light-to-medium-bodied sparkling wine delivers remarkable purity, vibrant acidity, and a silky yet sharp structure, leading into a long, crisp, and refreshingly saline citrus finish.
